Stigma really does make it hard for people to get help; we seek to let others know that they are not alone. People from all walks of life are hiding in the dark because of the stigma around mental illness. We are grateful for your help in our community and support of this cause.
Your assistance is needed to raise funds for our nonprofit project grow. We provide free community outreach to eliminate the stigma around mental illness in Butte County. Help us to educate our community about the prevalence of stigma and how to converse appropriately about mental illness. One in four people will experience a mental illness in their lifetime, but the number of those affected are even higher now due to COVID-19.
